Course Overview

Did that really just happen? “Unmasking the Hidden” is an exploration of unconscious bias at work. The average height for many Fortune 500 CEOs is 6 foot 2, but fewer than 16% of Americans are over six feet tall. Do taller people make better leaders? What explains this trend? In this course, KPC will explore pre-established filters, hard-wired patterns, and biases that we all have.
